What counts as a report?
A report counts when you publish it for the first time. Fixing a typo and publishing again doesn't count twice.
Who needs a paid seat?
On the monthly plan, owners, admins and inspectors each need a seat. The first seat is included in the $99, and each extra one is $49 a month. Office staff are free. Pay as you go has no seat fees.
What happens after my free reports?
After your 5th published report, pick a plan to keep publishing. Everything you've written stays in your account.
Can I pause my plan?
Yes. Pause from Settings when work slows down, then resume when you're ready. Your data stays where it is.
How do I cancel?
From Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Can you raise my price?
Only with at least 60 days notice by email. The price you signed up at holds until then. This is in our terms.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, at any time. One zip holds CSV and JSON files, your photos and every report PDF.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe.
