What the table doesn't show
Spectora's trial hides the client side
Emails and texts are turned off for Spectora's 2 trial inspections, so you can't see what your clients would get. Raftmark sends real emails and texts from your first report.
Spectora's AI may not stay free
Spectora says its Match AI "will eventually become a paid feature". AI drafting is part of both Raftmark plans.
Leaving Spectora costs you
There are no refunds or pauses, and grandfathered pricing ends when you cancel. Raftmark lets you pause or cancel from Settings.
Horizon shuts down December 15, 2026
Reports, PDFs and photos are deleted after that date. See what to save before then.
