Horizon shuts down on December 15, 2026
After that date, Carson Dunlop deletes Horizon data and the report links your clients and agents have stop working. There is still time to save what you need.

Horizon closes. The data is no longer accessible, including report links you've sent.
After December 15
Carson Dunlop deletes the data. There is no automatic migration to other software.
What the Export Centre leaves out
Horizon's Export Centre, under Profile, covers your business records. It doesn't cover the reports themselves.

Export links expire after 14 days and only go to the primary admin's email address.
Spectora's Horizon migration moves your company info, users, agents, clients, settings and comment library. It does not move past reports, work orders, PDFs, photos or attachments.
What to save before December 15
Work through these whatever software you move to.
Run every export in the Export Centre
Go to Profile, then Export Centre. Download each file within 14 days, before the links expire.
Download the reports you may need later
Save the PDF of every report you might be asked about, such as for a claim or a client question.
Save photos and attachments
Keep a copy of any photos, videos or documents you want outside the PDFs.
Tell recent clients and agents
Their report links will stop working on December 15. Send them the PDF so they have a copy.
Request your refund
Horizon refunds whole unused months. Go to Profile, Settings, then Refund Request. It can take up to 20 business days.
Run a test inspection in your new software
Do it before the deadline so you're not setting up during a busy week.
