Why Raftmark will never put offers in front of your clients

In April 2026, Spectora started showing Fixle home insurance, warranty and security offers in client portals. At first there was no way to turn it off. An opt-out came a week later, after hundreds of inspectors complained.
Spectora isn’t the only one. ISN shows Porch offers on the report delivery page. HomeGauge has Homebuyer PLUS and partner offers.
Why it matters to you
Your client hired you to be the one person in the deal with nothing to sell. When an offer shows up next to your report, they assume you picked it. One inspector put it simply in a review:
“Inspectors are their customers. Our clients are not their leads.”
Agents notice too. And in some states, sharing client data with third parties needs written permission from the client.
What we promise
- No marketplace or partner offers in reports or emails
- We never sell, rent or share your clients’ contact details
- Your clients only hear from Raftmark when you send them something
It’s written into our terms, so it can’t quietly change in a product update.
How we make money instead
You pay us. $99 a month for unlimited reports, or $15 for each report you publish. That’s the whole business. When the only customer is the inspector, there’s no one else to build features for.
